Being a Level 4 S&C Coach on top of my other qualifications will add real value to McNally Fitness and our members! This course further developed my knowledge and skills to help advance our members in their training. This is in relation to injury prevention, cardiovascular endurance, strength training, Olympic lifting, speed development, agility, plyometric training, testing and so much more!!! It also provides me with the opportunity to work closely with elite athletes in preparing them for competition, something I’m really excited about in the future! 🥇 It was an extremely in-depth course but I’m a fitness geek and I loved every bit of it!!
