BECOME AN INTERNATIONALLY ACCREDITED S+C COACH
This Qualification is Internationally Recognised and accredited through VTCT, OFQUAL and CIMSPA.
Start learning online via our Learning portal. Book in an introductory call with our head tutor Andy, who will talk you through the coursework and case studies. There are several hours of online tutorials to complete and you can get started on the coursework prior to the practical workshops.
This workshop provides an in-depth overview of the snatch, clean and jerk, assistance exercises and structuring programs using Olympic weightlifting. You will also receive a CIMSPA Approved CPD Certification for this workshop.

You will also receive a CIMSPA Approved CPD Certification for this workshop.
You will complete a practical assessment based on a session you develop during your coursework. This will encompass many different elements that you learn throughout the course.
There is a multiple choice theory exam to complete at the end of your course and can be booked on any of our several exam dates every month.

This course is assessed via coursework, case study, practical assessment and a multiple choice online exam.
No. Whilst the coursework, case studies and online tutorials can be completed remotely, face to face attendance is required for all workshops and practical assessment.
A Level 3 Personal Training Qualification is required
We want to help you complete within a few weeks of the practical assessment but you can take up to 3 months after the date of the practical assessment. This is for completion of coursework and the online exam.
In the field of Strength and Conditioning it is vital to check the accreditation of any course you are considering. There are many courses out there which may be great in terms of content but the recognition of their ‘Certification’ may not be as great.
S+C Employers will look for Accredited Qualifications such as our OFQUAL and CIMSPA Regulated Level 4 course. This also offers a good progression route on toward the UKSCA Certification which is the Gold Standard S+C Qualification in the UK.
Our Head Tutor on the course, Andy Tsang is also an Accredited UKSCA Coach and Member.
