You will be in safe hands, learning from an Industry Expert. Our Head of Strength and Conditioning, Andy is a Highly Experienced and Qualified Strength and Conditioning coach and lecturer. 

 

What you'll learn

Gain the knowledge and skills required to plan, instruct and review strength and conditioning sessions. You will learn how to design and structure strength and conditioning sessions to train different components of fitness, how to collect information and screen clients. You’ll learn how to instruct foundational movements, warm ups, cool down, bodyweight, barbell and free weight strength and conditioning exercises.

  • Instructing your clients through foundational movements such as squat patterns, hinges, lunges and jump movements
  • How to instruct Strength movements including squat variations, Pull and push movements such as bench press, row variations, pressing variations
  • Instructing appropriate warm and cool downs for the clients goals
  • And much more!

We are a CIMSPA Endorsed provider for this course. This is the Gold standard for this qualification in the UK. We are accredited through  VTCT who are OFQUAL Regulated awarding bodies offering International recognition for your qualification. You will receive a Level 2 Certificate in Instructing Strength and Conditioning 

Our Strength and Conditioning Facility in Argyle Business Park, Belfast.

Practical Workshops take place on Sundays, 9.30am-4pm and are available every 6 weeks. You can book the first one that suits you.

No previous Qualification is required. If you have a Level 2 Fitness instructor or Level 3 Personal Training Qualification you can bypass modules 1-3
