No previous Qualification is required. This is the first step on the ladder of the fitness industry. This course allows progression onto the Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training, or you can do the Combined Level 2 and 3 Diploma in Personal Training.

This course can be completed mostly online around your own schedule. You will get a set amount of learning and coursework to completed each week.

Start Today, book your introduction call with your tutor who will be available for support throughout. You’ll first complete the Fitness instructor course and then choose from any available date for each CPD Course (Each course runs 6 times per year)

Watch the online video lectures and complete the online quizzes and coursework.

At the end of the course you’ll have 2 multiple choice online exams and a practical assessment. 3-4 days per month available for these. 

Optional Practical teaching days are also available to prepare you for the practical assessments and these run every month.
