Course Overview
Strapping and taping is one of the most requested add-ons for sports massage therapists — and one of the most useful for the clients and clubs you already work with. This workshop is built to get you confident applying it, not just reading about it.
We send the underpinning theory to you in advance as pre-read learning content, so your two days in the room are spent doing the work: practising techniques, getting feedback, and refining your application until it’s reliable. By the end, you’ll be able to assess, plan and apply taping and strapping to support and protect, and know when to refer instead.
It’s a focused continuing professional development (CPD) workshop for people who are already qualified and want to broaden what they can offer — not a beginner course.
What’s new? We previously offering the Kinesiology taping CPD on it’s own and that’s still included within this course. Kinesiology tape gives flexible, movement-friendly support; rigid strapping does the opposite job, stabilising joints and protecting injuries pitch-side and through return-to-play. Over two days you’ll work across both, learning to match the right tape to the situation — more techniques, more scenarios, and far more you can confidently offer your clients.
This is a 2 day CPD Course. 10am-4pm. Thursday 23rd and 30th July
