First up in our series of podcast recommendations, is the excellent Brian Keane Podcast. Brian is an an experienced Personal Trainer, Online coach and now mentor to Personal Trainers and coaches across the world. A former Professional fitness model, Brian covers everything from fitness and nutrition to mindset and business. Brian also has a dedicated Business Podcast which is a must listen for any newly qualified PT’s.
Our next recommendation is the excellent Ben Coomber Radio Podcast. Ben has a wealth of experience in many aspects of the fitness industry in a wide range of differing roles. Personal trainer, online coach, Public speaker and now an educator of Personal trainers and fitness/nutrition enthusiasts through the BTN Academy (Highly recommended). Not to mention his ever growing Supplement company, Awesome Supplements. We would strongly recommend this podcast to our students, Personal trainers and fitness enthusiasts in general.
Our next recommendation is the excellent Pacey Performance Podcast from Robert Pacey. This is a brilliant Podcast for those with a keen interest in the world of Strength and Conditioning and Sports performance. Robert interviews some of the worlds leading coaches in Professional sports and provides a great insight into achieving high level performance for athletes.
