Upon booking you will receive a textbook plus access to our online portal. You will be able to begin studying and completing some of the theory coursework prior to attending the course dates listed below.
This qualification includes two units:
Principles and Theories of Strength and Conditioning 
Programming and Delivering Strength and Conditioning
Workshops include;
  • Client screening and needs analysis
  • Building a programme and Periodisation
  • Olympic weightlifting
  • Speed, Agility and Plyometrics
  • Strength training 
  1. Online Theory questions
  2. Case study
  3. Practical assessment including athletic testing and analysis, Olympic lifting, strength lifting, plyometric training and speed and agility drills
  4. Online examination
Become an Accredited Level 4 S+C Coach through VTCT. We cannot stress enough the importance of accreditation in the S+C Field. There are many courses out there, but very few that are actually Accredited despite what they may claim. This CIMSPA recognised Level 4 S+C Course is on the Pathway to becoming a UKSCA Accredited coach. READ HERE
To take this course, you must first have completed a Level 3 Personal training qualification and be able to provide proof of this prior to or upon booking.

The practical elements of this course will be delivered at Northern Ireland’s leading Strength and Conditioning Facility at the Univeristy of Ulster, Jordanstown.
The first classroom day will be at our facility on University Street Belfast.
