First up in our series of book recommendations, is the excellent ‘The World’s Fittest Book’ by Ross Edgley.
Ross has achieved numerous feats that can seem beyond comprehension to most regular people. He swam the entire circumference of Great Britain, ran 30 marathons in 30 days and ran a marathon towing a 1.4 tonne car. Ross continues to explore and challenge the limits of human potential and this book covers everything from his origin story, training for fat loss, strength, speed and endurance to recovery and recipes.
