How do I know which course to choose?

The Qualification you need to work and be insured as a Personal Trainer in the UK is the Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training.

The Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training includes the Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Training Qualification as a combined Diploma. These can be studied separately but are better value when completed together.

In the UK, the Gold standard for Personal Training Qualifications is a CIMSPA Recognised Provider which we are proud to be. CIMSPA are the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity in the UK. You should also make sure your qualifications are OFQUAL Regulated, which our courses are.

There are many unregulated qualifications in the Fitness Industry so we highly recommend ensuring any course you study holds at least one of the above.

This is where our Diploma in Personal Training and Strength and conditioning comes in (See below these questions)

We offer Level 2 and Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Qualifications that are OFQUAL and CIMSPA Approved.

This is where we would recommend our Diploma in Personal Training and Nutrition (see below these questions)

This combo gives you the Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and Level 4 Award in Strength and Conditioning

If you would like to study the Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training on its own, we have 2 main options.

We offer this course as a self paced option or in a 10 Week Structured format. Both courses result in the same Qualification but are delivered slightly differently. You can read more about this on each course page below.
